Srun Tham Kith/Co-Founder - Srun is a refugee originally from Cambodia. She survived the Khmer Rouge War, escaped to Thailand, resided in a refugee camp for 5 years then was re-settled in the United States in 1984. She believes in the importance of helping and giving back. She is the back bone of KITHS.
Nary Preap Kith/Executive Director - Nary is a refugee. She was born in a refugee camp in Thailand (Kao I dang). She migrated to the United States with her family at a very young age. She identifies as having a bi-cultural identity (both Cambodian and American). She had to grow up fast; having to help her parents navigate the American system. She was tasked with many responsibilities simply because she is the eldest of her siblings. Her childhood experiences made her the woman that she is today. She currently works as a Program Director of a Children's Mobile Crisis Team in Philadelphia. She has earned a Doctorate in Social and Community Services, a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration. Her passion and determination to help the immigrant and refugee population is self-evident in the work that she does every day.
Saroeun Yadah Kith/Operations Director - Saroeun is an immigrant. She was born in Indonesia after her parents resettled there after the war and before resettling in the United States. She is a middle child, which explains her independence and ability to get things done. She is creative and the fun child of her siblings. She thinks outside of the box. Her passion has always been in the helping field. She currently works as a Case Management Supervisor in Philadelphia. She has earned her Master's in Business Administration and a Master's and Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy. Her extensive experience in the human service field has been a great asset to the daily operations of KITHS.

Dyliyah Heng - Resource Specialist
Dyliyah is a student at Community College of Philadelphia studying Behavioral Health & Human Services. She has been with KITHS since Sept., 2017 and has been a great asset to the organization. She is kind and empathetic, which is evident when she engages with community members needing support. She is compassionate and passionate about helping.
