KITHS Kitchen
Culturally Affirming Food Access & Nutrition Support

KITHS Kitchen provides monthly food distributions, weekly emergency pantry access, Khmer-language nutrition education, SNAP enrollment, and year-round access to culturally familiar foods such as jasmine rice, dried noodles, lemongrass, fish sauce, oyster sauce, canned mudfish, and fresh herbs. We currently reach 40–45 households monthly and have recorded more than 541 pantry visits in the last year (2025). This program addresses both immediate food insecurity and long-term food stability.
